Galangal is a white root herb in the same family as Ginger but has distinct taste and aroma.

It is commonly used in Tom Yum Soup and many Thai Curry Dishes – giving dishes an extra smooth taste. To ensure the taste is just right, our galangal is harvested at the moment they start to change color.
